At Haranaus.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
● You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you
received them.
● To initiate a return, contact us at info@haranaus.com with your order number and
reason for return.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is
defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
● Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original
payment method.
● If your return is not approved (e.g. used or damaged items), we may not be able to
issue a full refund.
Damaged or Missing Item(s)
● Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or
missing item(s), contact us immediately with photos at info@haranaus.com so we
can make it right.
Exchanges
● We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new
order.
